1. Use of this Site

This Site is provided for informational purposes, to describe the services offered by Grow With Guava, and to allow visitors to contact us about potential projects. You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Site by any third party.

2. Services

Descriptions of services on this Site, including event strategy, production, experiential design, hackathon and builder journey design, brand houses and retreats, LATAM market activations, and content and event storytelling, are provided for general informational purposes only. They do not constitute an offer, quote, or binding commitment of any kind.

Any actual engagement for services is governed exclusively by a separate, signed agreement or statement of work between Grow With Guava and the client, which will set out the specific scope, fees, timeline, deliverables, and terms for that engagement. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the overall look and feel of the Site, is the property of Grow With Guava or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

4. Submissions and Inquiries

Any information you submit through the contact form or otherwise send to us, such as your name, email, company, and project details, is used solely to respond to your inquiry and evaluate potential engagements. Do not submit confidential or sensitive information through this Site that you are not comfortable sharing in an unencrypted web form.

5. No Warranties

This Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of this Site is at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Grow With Guava LLC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, this Site, regardless of the legal theory asserted (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if Grow With Guava has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Grow With Guava LLC arising out of or related to this Site, and to any services described on it that are not otherwise governed by a separate signed agreement, shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Grow With Guava LLC and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Site or your violation of these Terms.

This Site may contain links to third-party websites, including social platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party sites, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles, and any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida.
