Brand House / Ecosystem Experience
Stellar House Mexico
The challenge
During a major conference week in Mexico City, Stellar needed a home base, a place that felt like Stellar's own space rather than a rented booth, where builders and partners could actually sit down and listen to each other.
The strategy
We designed a house, not a booth. Programming balanced structured sessions with open hours built for listening. Local vendors, food, and cultural touches gave the space a sense of place instead of a generic conference backdrop.
The experience
Guests moved through the house across the week, from morning coffee conversations to structured partner sessions to evening gatherings that ran late because people did not want to leave. Every detail, down to the welcome at the door, was built to make people feel expected.
The outcome
- A full week of programming anchoring Stellar's presence during conference season
- Direct introductions between builders and ecosystem partners across the week
- Strong qualitative feedback naming the house as the highlight of the week
Why it worked
The house worked because it prioritized listening over broadcasting. Stellar did not need another stage. It needed a room where the right conversations could happen naturally.
Signal: Morning coffee turned into partner intros by sundown. The house held the whole week without ever feeling like a booth.
