What we learned

Branded lounge formats work well for consumer-facing crypto products at developer conferences — they signal product maturity and attract curious visitors organically. Future Fareplay activations should layer in a clear conversion mechanic, such as a QR code to signup or an on-site demo with an incentive, to move attendees from awareness to active users.

A lounge signals product maturity. The conversion mechanic is what turns curiosity into users.
